My approach: stop confusing people. Do not distinguish between the advertising world and the real world. The tools will change, the media landscape will change, the world will change. Only the ability of linking people, values and technology will remain. Use talent and skills to solve problems and develop relevant solutions. That's what I call creativity.
My motivation: discover new horizons. Be innovative. Make mistakes and learn from them. Teach and educate people who work with you. Be honest and stop creating facades because people are always connected, knowledge is just a click away.
Hard facts: I am a creative director working alone or within a powerful unit of creatives for agencies and companies. Furthermore, I am the managing director of UES.DIGITAL, an AdTech and media company with a focus on market research, analysis and media services.
